Global Ukrainians: International support and effective promotion of Ukraine’s interests in the world as key factors of rapid reforms in Ukraine

On 15-16 July, during the III Global Ukrainians Forum, Ukrainian leaders-expats will make recommendations for the government concerning the effective promotion of Ukraine’s interests internationally.

The forum organizer is the Global Ukrainians Network established last year, bringing together highly educated young Ukrainian leaders-expats with international experience and global thinking. The Global Ukrainians Forum creates a communication platform for Ukrainians from the US, Canada, Israel, Australia, Japan, EU, Asia, Africa and the Arab world.

It is expected that during the Forum participants will determine how to use the intellectual resources of Ukrainian leaders around the world to implement reforms in Ukraine in the most effective way.

Violeta Moskalu, the initiator and co-founder of the Global Ukrainians Forum, notes: “The most important resource which Ukraine has for systematic promotion of its interests in the world and for implementation of reforms in the state – is a network of Ukrainian leaders-expats, whom we call Global Ukrainians. As public ambassadors of Ukraine abroad, they can also speed up the “mental modernization” of the country”.

About 100 Ukrainian expats and 50 speakers from around the world will participate in the Forum.
